The second iteration of the Google Nest Hub is a simple and reasonably affordable smart display that does a good job of controlling smart home devices. This smart display can even monitor your sleep quality without any additional equipment, which is a huge plus. It doesn’t win in all areas, but at its new price of just $50, we really can’t complain.

The Google Nest Hub (2nd Gen) made its debut some years back, and we really liked it in our review. It featured a large screen, and was quite a bit snappier than the previous model. Of course, we are anxiously awaiting a new model to drop any time from Google, but if you want to pick up a smart display for cheap, now’s going to be a good time.

The Nest Hub from Google is now on sale for just $50, which is half off its usual retail price. You’ll need to buy it from AT&T, but there’s no sign-up or contract involved to get the discount. So get it while you still can because supplies are limited.

The budget smart display is now even cheaper

The Google Nest Hub isn’t perfect, but it’s a pretty good smart display for just $50. Not only does it have a sleek design, but it also has a pretty decent speaker too, which can be used for a number of things. This isn’t the best way to listen to music, but it’ll work if you need it too.

While you can use your voice to access a variety of features, the touchsceen will also be essential if you want to dive into the details. What makes this smart display unique is its ability to track your sleep without any additional hardware. It’s good, so long as you don’t have a pet that lies in the same bed.

Although its original price was okay, being cheaper than the previous model, this new $50 price makes this smart display a no-brainer. So if you’ve been thinking about upgrading your home with some smart products, give this one a go.
